Strong enough for a carnivore, made for an herbivore!
When the Georgetown Liquor Company opened on January 26, 2007, it was hailed as the first vegetarian bar (21+) in Seattle. It soon became known for its industrial decor, bizarre art, retro video game consoles and of course a completely meat-free menu complimented with unique craft drinks.
It was built and opened by Jim Edgar as a lifelong dream and is currently owned by Leslee Mesloh.
